FoSTaC (Food Safety Training & Certification) is a mandatory program mandated by FSSAI for all Food Business Operators (FBOs) holding a central or state license in India. The regulation requires at least one trained and certified Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) for every 25 food-handling employees.
